These froggie cupcakes were done for Amber's baby shower. I had a blast with this theme, cuz I love frogs! I cut the plates to look like lily pads, then put a marshmallow flower on them (didn't quite look like lily pad flowers, but oh well!). We added a cute little froggie cupcake and some gummy bugs to the lily pads, then arranged them all on a blue tablecloth.
To make the froggie cupcakes, frost a cupcake with green frosting (I used cream cheese). The eyes are made of a gummy ring cut in half then stuck on the top of the cupcake. Then place 2 junior mints in front of the gummy halves.
