Valentine Cupcakes

I got so excited to try some gourmet cupcakes - I went and bought a large circle tip so I could pipe it on like all the pictures you see. But I couldn't find a light fluffly frosting that actually tasted good with that much frosting on the cupcake! I ended up doing my own rendition of a buttercream/cream cheese and added strawberry jam and frosted the white cupcakes, then crushed oreos to frost the chocolate cupcakes. At least they looked cute!
